Please forward this email to all your players parents so that everyone knows what to expect at the event so that it will help it go off smoothly with as little confusion as possible.

The schedule for the tournament has been published through Ebracket. There is a free app for your phone that you can download. The results and schedule will be updated through this app. There will not be posted brackets at the event as they do not want people congregating so we will do all this through the app.
